Returns & Exchanges

    Return Policy

    You would be happy to know that we do have a return policy and for this you have to follow the instructions given below:

    • Purchased items should be unworn having original tags still attached to them.
    • Items with removed labels will not be returned or refund for.
    • You must send the items back within 7 days after receiving the delivery.

    Exchange Policy:

    All orders are final and non-refundable but you can exchange in case of the delivery of incorrect, damaged or defective items. Exchanges are possible only according to size availability of the product. For this, you must notify us with a photographic evidence by emailing at info@Shirtsco.pk or by calling at 0318-4133496.  Exchanges on the local orders will be made once the incorrect or defective items are received.

    Refund Policy:

    ShirtsCo does not offer any ‘refund’ on the purchased items. Sales can only be exchanged with the product of equal or higher value.

    Not Applicable:

    Return and Exchanges are not applicable in case of

    • Sale items
    • If product is tampered or damaged
    • If the request is made after the given time frame.

    ShirtsCo reserves the right to make any changes in the “Return & Exchange Policy” without any notice.
