Follow the steps below to measure at home and use the charts to find your perfect bra and underwear sizes. Tips: measure over a non-padded bra, keep the tape level, and exhale normally.
How to Measure (Bras)
- Band / Underbust: Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under the bust. Record in inches and centimeters.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
- Band size (US): Round your underbust to the nearest whole number, then use the chart below to choose band size (usually an even number). Many brands use the measured underbust as band size directly—always check the brand chart.
- Cup size (US): Subtract band from bust. 1″=A, 2″=B, 3″=C, 4″=D, 5″=DD/E, 6″=DDD/F, 7″=G, 8″=H.
- UK/EU notes: UK uses double letters (DD, FF, GG). EU bands are in cm (e.g., 70, 75, 80) ≈ underbust in cm rounded to the nearest 5.
